Project Overview

Since 2002, Joe & The Juice has built a beloved global brand around their mantra of health and deliciousness. As they brought their mission to make nutrition sexy to the U.S., Joe & The Juice selected econstruct as their restaurant construction partner to build out locations in Southern California.

Over the past several years, we have collaborated on 4 projects to introduce the Joe & The Juice vibe to Los Angeles from the ground up. Our full-service capabilities in restaurant design and build-out make us the ideal partner for their strategic growth.

For each new California outpost, we have handled permitting, demolition, construction, millwork, and complete interiors that align with the brand’s Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic. Their signature moss walls, brick backsplashes, and sleek counters create an energizing ambiance.

Behind the counter, we construct optimized kitchens including custom juice stations, coffee bars, and grab-and-go cases to fuel guests from morning to night. Durable, easy-to-clean finishes meet the demands of high traffic locations.

Our project teams diligently manage timelines and budgets to deliver locations on schedule for smooth openings. With 4 successful builds now complete, we take pride in introducing the Joe & The Juice nutritional mission and vibrant energy to LA.
