This 3,000 sq ft 1980s contemporary Hollywood Hills residence felt cramped and outdated, hindering the flow of modern family life. The overseas homeowners turned to econstruct for a complete transformation, stripping the home down to its studs, exposing the foundation and reimagining it for optimal functionality and most up-to-date and modern style, as well as adding an additional 760 square feet of new space to upstairs floor plan.
Our comprehensive remodel included a revised layout, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor areas with multiple accordion patio doors, and infusing the space with contemporary elegance. State-of-the-art smart home technology was incorporated while retaining the home’s original charm in elements like fireplace and expansive back yard and completely refurbished pool and equipment.
